a) Key Points:

b) General Introduction:
The Auto flute lamination machine high precision and high speed suits to laminate the printed sheet to the cardboard or corrugated board, the thicker can be within 350 gsm, the corrugated board can be done less than 10mm. It is the ideal laminating machine for all kinds of packaging company domestic and overseas. There are five sections in the machine, they are automatic face paper lifting section, face paper conveying section, bottom paper conveying section, cyclic gluing section and pressing section.
c) Features by parts:
A. The face paper conveying section is consist of four delivering feeder and four sucking, it can feed the thin or thick paper smoothly. The high pressure and big power vacuum pump can suck the 150-550 gsm face paper stably and feed smoothly. The pre-loading platform and side lay of the face paper pile can short the loading time effectively.
B. Lifting action is controlled by the limited switch which fixed on face paper loading section, the lifting platform will automatic rise while the paper is feeding. As the same time, the left and right moving of the face/bottom paper is controlled by the position display and side lay which can adjust manually.
C. The paper delivery under the help of pressing roller, automatic chasing lay and conveying belt, the paper moving piece by piece. The print machine type pressing roller can run with thin and thick paper. The structure adopts anti-curl type.
D. The long size sheet feeding with paper supporter, which makes it easier. It equipped non-stop feeding function and vacuum sucking belt.
E. The auto flute lamination machine running fast, the knurled roller on the bottom feeding can ensure the machine running stably.
F. The glue system has a liquid level detection needle, glue with the use of filling, glue cost savings.
G. The Auto flute lamination machine gluing system is a combination of anilox steel roller and glue distributing roller. The rubber roller adopts convex design and differential gluing method to make the glue even and improve the gluing quality.
