Gelatin for confection is an important fine chemical raw material with a wide range of uses. Unique thermal reversibility is critical in a variety of confection applications. Its widespread use is also attributed to its gelling, foaming, stabilizing, mouth-feel, water-locking and emulsifying functions. Gelatin is water-soluble, fully digestible, and compatible with most other colloids, including plant-based colloids such as agar, sodium alginate, carrageenan and pectin, plus granulated sugar, corn syrup, edible acidulants and Spices - Can make a variety of popular sweets.

 

 

 

For confection gelatin we have 6-8 mesh granule and 20-80 mesh powder. As different requests for graininess size, we could customize according their final usage. Our gelatin quality is very stable, be accepted by many food and confection factories.

1) How to Get Sample?

Sample within 200g could be sent for free once buyer’s DHL account is advised for freight collect or courier cost is paid. The courier cost could be deducted when bulk order is placed.

 

2) How can I place order

You can contact us by email about your order details, then we sign contract and arrange to produce when receive your payment slip.

 

3) What's the order procedure?

First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do pre-paid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 7-15days if we don't have the items in stock.

Before production finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment.

 

4 ) How do you take care when your clients received defective products?

Replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.

 

5) How many tons could be loaded in each container?

If with pallet for 6-8mesh:10 MT always could be loaded in 20feet container
